CALL FOR PAPERS: The Faculty of Information Quarterly  (FIQ), VOL. 4, ISSUE 1.
FIQ is currently accepting submissions for the first issue of its fourth year. In dialogue with the journal's previous issue on the current state and future of information, FIQ would like to dedicate this issue to the history of information, broadly conceived, in its various aspects: to name a few, information organization, storage, and dissemination; information technology; information systems and their design; information practices; information science/studies. We also invite papers that focus on the fundamental question of what "information" is, and encourage all papers to pay attention to this question and to the implications of the concept of "information" that they are working with or advocating.
